Before each intake, we host exclusive introduction classes—an invaluable opportunity for anyone serious about joining us. These sessions provide a comprehensive overview of what to expect from the program and the transformative skills you’ll gain. Meet our CEO, Richard Bernstein, along with other master trainers, and get answers to any lingering questions. It’s the perfect chance to gain clarity, connect, and ensure this journey aligns with your aspirations.

Training

Curriculum

Over the first 8 weeks, you’ll master the Mars Venus Coaching framework, transforming you into an expert coach. This includes Gender Intelligent Coaching, effective positioning, client alignment, strategic planning, measurable outcomes, and so much more.

The next 8 weeks are dedicated to learning our proven business model, equipping you to launch your coaching practice the moment you graduate. You’ll develop your marketing strategy, craft an irresistible offer, and implement our Get, Convert, Keep retention plan to ensure long-term success.

Class Size

We keep the class size to a maximum of 10 participants to ensure best possible personalized support.

Time Investment

You will need about 2-4 hours of time outside the live training to do you homework and prepare for the next lesson. Overall 16 weeks of training for the Live & Relationship Coach Certification
